I really cannot stand boring meetings. If I’m in a meeting and it is boring, I’m ready to fall asleep before the meeting is even half over. I approached my boss with the idea of making our meetings a bit more exciting. He glared at me and said, “What do you want me to do, design a media presentation that you all can watch at your desk?” I decided to look into different options for him.

I spent Monday looking into different options. One option I found was holding our meeting in one of the many London conference venues. I approached my boss about it because our business is very close and I thought it would be great. He agreed to try it, and I was right, the new meetings in the London conference venues are more exciting for all of us involved. It’s refreshing to get out of the office for the day.
